Bridge Repairs

Benchmark was engaged in 2009 to design and install a suspended scaffolding system below the bridge for the Roadtek crew to complete routine maintenance over a 5 year period.

The design included the installation of a monorail system to either side of the bridge to allow a mobile gantry style scaffold to be moved backwards and forwards between spans eliminating the need for excess scaffold and weight applied to the bridge and reduced scaffold labour to move the modules.
