This internal boiler scaffold was designed to provide our client with access to remove and replace the boiler tubes located in the upper roof level.

Due to the short shutdown time and the complexity of the access into the boiler, Benchmark designed and engineered a heavy duty, light weight scaffold. This efficient installation process allowed our client the best opportunity to complete their work safety and without any delays.

The scaffolding was designed to accommodate an electric cable hoist which allowed well organized and safe material handling practices for the scaffold build and supported our client’s transportation needs of tools and equipment to the work area 14m above ground.
